RECOVERY– Older Women and female veterans are dying at an alarming rate. It’s time we make changes.
Addiction is everywhere! In her book “Dopamine Nation,” Dr. Anna Lemke talks about the pervasive problem we have with addiction to everything from alcohol and drugs to chocolate and social media. In concert with these issues is mental illness, which at times triggers the compulsion toward self-soothing and at other times is caused by it.
